What are the requirements for question papers for the High School Graduation Exam 2025 in Vietnam?

According to the draft circular on the Issuance of the Regulations of the High School Graduation Exam download, each test paper/exam subject within the exam must meet the following requirements:

- In one exam, each test paper/exam subject must have an official question paper and a reserve question paper.

- The question papers must meet the following requirements:

+ Ensure accuracy, scientific basis, and educational appropriateness; text and wording must be clear;

+ Align closely with the knowledge and skill standards of the high school curriculum; ensure the classification of candidates;

+ The script question papers must specify the score for each question; the score of the script papers and the multiple-choice papers is converted to a 10-point scale for the entire exam and the component subjects of the combination test papers;

+ Each question paper has answers and script question papers also include the marking instructions;

+ Question papers must clearly state the number of pages (for exams with 2 or more pages); clearly state "END" at the conclusion of the question paper.

- The question papers and answers not publicly available are classified as "Secret" state secrets. The duration of the protection of "Secret" state secrets of the question papers:

+ For script question papers, the protection ends when two-thirds (2/3) of the exam time has passed; for multiple-choice question papers, the protection ends only when the exam time ends;

+ Unused reserve question papers will be declassified immediately after the last paper's exam time ends.

What are the criteria for individuals engaged in organizing the High School Graduation Exam 2025 in Vietnam?

Under Article 6 of the draft circular on the Issuance of the Regulations of the High School Graduation Exam download, the criteria for individuals engaged in organizing the High School Graduation Exam 2025 in Vietnam are as follows:

- Individuals engaged in organizing the exam must:

+ Have good moral character, adherence to the law, and a high sense of responsibility;

+ Be proficient in exam-related tasks;

+ Not be under disciplinary action or under consideration for disciplinary action or under criminal investigation, or have committed violations of the law that resulted in disciplinary action or have been sentenced without completed expungement.

- Individuals with relatives defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings, or guardians attending the exam in the specific year are not allowed to participate in the Examination Council at all levels, preparation of question papers, printing, invigilation, or marking, fax, re-marking, and assessment.

- Additionally, individuals engaged in the preparation of question papers and script marking must possess excellent professional capacity.
