Comrades and esteemed guests,

Today, in a solemn and proud atmosphere, we gather to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam - a significant historical milestone marking the glorious and challenging journey our Party has undergone, leading the Vietnamese nation from the early days of resistance to the cause of renewal, building, and defending the Fatherland.

On February 3, 1930, under the leadership of the great President Ho Chi Minh, the Communist Party of Vietnam was born, marking a pivotal change in the nation's history. Our Party has led the Vietnamese revolution out of division, opening a period of unified struggle and national liberation, while building an independent, free, and sustainably developing country.

Over 95 years, our Party has risen strongly, steadfast in its goals and ideals, overcoming numerous challenges and difficulties, from the struggle for independence to the task of building and defending the country. The most significant achievement of the Party is transforming the country from a backward agricultural nation into a country rising strongly in the region and the world. We have built a socialist-oriented market economy, achieving remarkable achievements in education, science, technology, national defense, security, and international integration.

These achievements owe much to the tremendous sacrifice and dedication of previous generations, who spared no blood and tears to protect every inch of land and lay the first bricks for what is now a modern nation. We always remember the efforts of the heroes, martyrs, and comrades who have fallen for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Looking back over 95 years, we have the right to be proud of what our Party has accomplished, but we must not forget that the tasks ahead remain challenging. Our Party still faces new challenges in enhancing the effectiveness of Party building, administrative reform, sustainable economic development, and confronting global issues such as climate change, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. However, with a resilient tradition and revolutionary spirit, we trust that the Communist Party of Vietnam will continue to be a guiding flag, leading the nation forward.

In the coming years, we must further promote the role of the Party in driving comprehensive national development. We will continuously innovate, develop a green and digital economy, ensure social welfare, and maintain political stability to build a prosperous, democratic, just, and civilized Vietnam.

Today, celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, is an occasion for us to recall our historical tradition and a moment for each of us to strengthen solidarity, harness the power of the entire people, and continuously contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Today, in a solemn and proud atmosphere, we commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam. On February 3, 1930, under the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh, our Party was born, marking an important historical turning point in the Vietnamese revolution.

Over 95 years, under the Party's leadership, our nation has overcome countless hardships, regained independence, built the country, and developed vigorously. From a poor and backward country, Vietnam has become a nation on the rise, integrating internationally with many proud achievements.

We do not forget the sacrifices of the previous generations, those who fought and devoted their youth and blood for the cause of liberation and defense of the Fatherland. Today's achievements owe much to the contributions of the Communist Party, to our comrades and all the people.

Although many accomplishments have been achieved, the tasks for the Party in the upcoming period remain heavy. We need to continue innovating, creatively building a sustainable economy, developing the digital economy, protecting national security, and creating a just and civilized society.
