1. What are the duties and powers of Vietnam Trade and Industry Review?
- Inform and propagate the guidelines, lines, policies, and laws of the Party and State and the guidelines and directions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the economy, industry, commerce, and related fields.
- Introduce scientific research, technology, inventions, initiatives, and experiences in production, business, and management in Industry and Trade.
- Reflect and guide public opinion in the fields of management science, economics, and technology of the Industry and Trade sector; this is a speech forum for scientists and professionals in the fields of industry and commerce.
- Forms of information provision.
+ Publishing Vietnam Trade and Industry Review; industry and local professional publications; industry and local topics according to the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the requirements of units and localities;
+ Building and managing the website of Vietnam Trade and Industry Review;
+ Organizing events, conferences, seminars, and discussions on fields under the Ministry's state management and professional expertise to serve the Journal's propaganda and publishing work according to the provisions of the law;
+ Organizing business activities and services in the fields of printing, publishing, advertising, filming, photography, and trading equipment and supplies related to professional journalism according to regulations of the Law;
+ Build a repository of documents on the industry and trade industries to serve scientific research and reference.
- Organize scientific research on economics, technology, trade, and related fields to serve information and propaganda work.
- Organize training, retraining, and professional development for staff in the unit and other agencies and units upon request.
- Implement cooperative relationships and exchange information and expertise with domestic and foreign agencies and units according to the law.
- Receive and use voluntary donations from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals for activities within the functions, tasks, and scope of activities of the Vietnam Trade and Industry Review
in accordance with the provisions of the law.
- Check and resolve complaints and denunciations; combat corruption and negativity; and handle violations within the scope of the Journal's activities.
- Develop and implement the Journal's administrative reform program according to the goals and content of the Ministry's administrative reform program.
- Manage organizational structure, payroll, cadres, civil servants, public employees, finances, assigned assets, and revenues from journalistic activities according to the provisions of the law and decentralization of the Ministry.
- Implement accounting and statistical regimes according to the provisions of law.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Minister.

2. Organizational structure of Vietnam Trade and Industry Review
The organizational structure of Vietnam Trade and Industry Review includes:
- Secretariat - Publication;
- Editorial board;
- Reporters Department;
- Board of Directors;
- Thematic and Trade Promotion Committee;
- Information and Communication Department;
- Electronic information;
- Representative office of Vietnam Trade and Industry Review in the South;
- Representative office of Vietnam Trade and Industry Review in the Central region.
The establishment, rearrangement, merger, or dissolution of units under the Vietnam Trade and Industry Review are considered and decided by the Minister of Industry and Trade at the request of the Editor-in-Chief.

Leaders of Vietnam Trade and Industry Review include:
- Editor;
- Deputy Editor-in-Chief.
The Editor-in-Chief and Deputy Editors-in-Chief are appointed, dismissed, rewarded, and disciplined by the Minister of Industry and Trade according to the provisions of law.
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible before the Minister of Industry and Trade and before the law for all activities of the Journal. Deputy Editors-in-Chief are accountable to the Editor-in-Chief and the law for their assigned work areas.
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for developing and submitting to the Minister for approval the Regulations on organization and operation of the Vietnam Trade and Industry Review.
