Regulations on arrangement and management of female citizens with professional fields and occupations registered to serve in the reserve ranks according to Article 4 of Decree 14/2016/ND-CP are as follows:
- The Prime Minister decides to assign planning targets for building and mobilizing reserve forces. The Minister of National Defense decides to assign planning targets based on scale, type of organization, number of reserve units, and based on the list of female citizens with specialized fields and occupations that meet the requirements of the People's Army who have registered to serve in the reserve rank (hereinafter referred to as female reserve soldiers) to be placed in reserve units.
- Arrangement principles
+ Arrange female reserve soldiers with expertise appropriate to the staff position. If there is a shortage, arrange for female reserve soldiers with corresponding expertise;
+ Arrange female reserve soldiers who live near each other or work at the same place into one unit;
+ Arrange female reserve soldiers into combat assurance units under the army, arms, and local army units;
+ Arrange female reserve soldiers from groups A and B into the following units:
Logistics and technical units under the Ministry of National Defense, military regions, corps, arms, arms, corps, Hanoi Capital Command, Ho Chi Minh City Command, Military Commands of provinces and centrally run cities, Military Schools; Reserve professional units are built by ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities; agencies under the Ministry of National Defense, Commands of military zones, corps, arms, arms, and corps; agencies under the Hanoi Capital Command, Ho Chi Minh City Command, and Military Commands of provinces and centrally run cities and Military Commands of districts, towns, provincial cities and equivalent administrative units.
- Military Command of districts, towns, provincial cities, and equivalent administrative units (hereinafter collectively referred to as the District Military Command) shall preside over and coordinate with the unit receiving female reserve soldiers and the Military Command of communes, wards, towns, agencies, and organizations where female reserve soldiers have registered to serve in the reserve rank to organize, arrange, and manage female reserve soldiers assigned to mobilization reserve units.
