Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance added 03 fees and charges to the list of reduced fees and charges. As follows:
- 50% reduction for the fee for the issuance of the Certificate of technical safety and environmental protection for motor vehicles and special-use motorcycles: the new fee will be 25,000 VND/paper, only the Certificate is issued to Cars with less than 10 seats (excluding ambulances) are 50,000 VND/paper.
- 50% reduction of the inland waterway reporting fee: the new fee will be 50,000 VND/time (for seagoing ships and seaplanes) and 25,000 VND/time (for inland waterway vessels and foreign watercraft). ).
- Reduce 20% of the fee for using radio frequencies for the terrestrial mobile service (the land mobile telecommunications network for private messaging and the private telecommunications network using frequencies in the mobile and telecommunications services). trunk terrestrial mobile communication).
In addition, continuing to reduce 50% of the fee for issuance of citizen identification as prescribed in Article 4 of Circular 59/2019/TT-BTC stipulating the rate of collection, collection, payment and management of fees for issuance of citizen identification. . The rate from January 1, 2022 to the end of June 30, 2022 will be:
- Change from 9-digit ID card, 12-digit ID card to CCCD card: 15,000 VND/card;
- Change CCCD card when damaged and unusable; change information about last name, middle name, first name; identity characteristics; re-determination of gender, hometown; there is an error in the information on the card; when citizens request: 25,000 VND/CCCD card;
- Re-issuance of CCCD card when losing it, regain Vietnamese nationality according to the provisions of the Law on Vietnamese nationality: VND 35,000/CCCD card.
In addition, many fees and charges are also reduced by up to 50% compared to the previously regulated fee, such as:
- 50% reduction of fees for issuance of licenses for the establishment and operation of banks specified at Point a, Section 1, Fee schedule in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 150/2016/TT-BTC ;
- Reduction of 50% of the fee for appraisal of construction investment projects specified in Section 1 of the Schedule of fees for appraisal of construction investment projects, fees for appraisal of basic designs promulgated together with Circular 209/2016/TT- BTC ;
- 50% discount on appraisal and issuance of international travel service business license and domestic travel service business license as specified in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 33/2018/TT-BTC ;
- 50% reduction of fees and charges in the securities sector (except for 2 fees and charges specified) in the Schedule of fees and charges in the securities sector promulgated together with Circular 272/2016/TT-BTC ;
- 50% reduction of industrial property fees specified in Section A Table of rates of industrial property fees and charges promulgated together with Circular 263/2016/TT-BTC ;
- 50% reduction of fees for grant of industrial property representation practice certificates, announcement and registration of industrial property representatives as prescribed at Point 3, Section I, Schedule of fees and charges in the field of cultivation and forestry tree varieties. promulgated together with Circular 207/2016/TT-BTC ;...
From July 1, 2022 onward, fees and charges in Circular 120/2021 shall comply with current regulations.
