Vietnam: 03 sample documents used in provision of support and instructions for filing claims for state compensation

Recently, the Minister of Justice of Vietnam issued Circular No. 09/2019/TT-BTP regulating measures to support and provide instructions for persons suffering loss or damage to file claims for state compensation.

The following 03 sample documents are annexed to Circular No. 09/2019/TT-BTP of the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam:

- Form No. 01: Sample request for support;

- Form No. 02: Sample request for instructions;

- Form No. 03: Register of requests for support or instructions, prescribed in Article 10 herein.

Note: Provision of support and instructions for persons suffering loss or damage for submission of claims for state compensation must adhere to the principle of protecting legitimate rights and interests of persons suffering loss or damage.
