Vietnam: 03 breakthrough contents in civil and administrative judgment enforcement supervision in 2021

According to the Guidance No. 08/HD-VKSTC, on the basis of continuing to implement the motto "Unity, innovation - Responsibility, discipline - Substance, efficiency" and to well complete the task of civil judgment enforcement supervision and judgment execution in the administrative process in 2021, the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam suggested that the People's Procuracy at all levels should focus on performing key tasks well. In which, it is necessary to determine the content of breakthrough work in 2021 as:

- Focusing on supervising the classification and verification of judgmental conditions and applying coercive measures to blockade accounts, distraint, appraise prices, and auction assets that are land use rights and houses with foreign elements;

- Monitor and compile dossiers to control 100% of judgment enforcement on asset recovery in criminal cases related to corruption and economy;

- Strictly supervise the management and handling of money, property and material evidence recovered during the investigation, prosecution and trial which have been transferred to the Civil Judgement Enforcement Agency before the judgment is issued.

In addition to the above content, depending on the specific situation and conditions of each locality, appropriate breakthrough work can be selected.

Concurrently, in order to well implement the above breakthrough contents, the People's Procuracy at all levels needs to perform 06 specific tasks set out in the Guidelines by the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam.
