- The dossier for the transfer of Internet domain usage rights includes:- Written request for transfer and acceptance of the transfer of Internet domain usage rights;- Declaration of registered information for the use of the Internet domain by the transferee.- Submit the dossier for the transfer of Internet domain usage rights at the ".vn" registrar managing the transferred Internet domain listed at the address www.nhadangky.vn;- From the time the registrar receives the dossier until the transfer process of the Internet domain usage rights is completed:- The transferor shall not change the registrar, change the name of the entity, or return the domain name;- Entities other than the transferee are not allowed to submit registration dossiers for the transferred domain name;- If both the transferor and transferee have a written request to withdraw the dossier for the transfer of Internet domain usage rights according to Form No. 03 issued together with this Circular and sent to the registrar, the dossier will no longer be valid.

The Circular 16/2016/TT-BTTTT is effective from August 15, 2016.
