From August 13, 2020, a new Certificate of Completion of General Education Program will replace the certificate form issued along with Decision 39/2008/QD-BGDDT.

The front side is brown with the National Emblem, and the text is printed in yellow. The back side is white, bordered with yellow patterns, black text, and a sunken bronze drum design in the center.

The form and content to be recorded on the Certificate of Completion of General Education Program are detailed in Appendix I and Appendix II of this Circular. For example, the contents recorded on the Certificate should include: the full name of the certificate recipient as per the birth certificate; date of birth as per the birth certificate; the name of the province or centrally-governed city as per the birth certificate; etc.
