Procedure for Assessing the Conduct Scores of College and Vocational School Students

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MOLISA) issues Circular 17/2017/TT-BLDTBXH on the Regulations on Student Affairs in Intermediate Schools and Colleges.

The evaluation of HSSV's training results is carried out according to the following procedure:

- HSSV, based on their training results, self-evaluate according to the detailed score levels set by the school;- The homeroom teacher organizes a class meeting, considers, evaluates, approves the self-evaluated scores of each HSSV in practice, and it is agreed upon by more than half of the class members. Minutes recording the results of the evaluation meeting must be made;- The Head of Department, based on the class minutes, reviews, evaluates, and reports to the HSSV training result evaluation council;- The HSSV training result evaluation council reviews, finalizes, and submits to the Principal;- The Principal of the school reviews and decides to recognize the training results of HSSV.

Note: The HSSV training results must be notified to HSSV at least 20 days before the official recognition decision is made.

Circular 17/2017/TT-BLDTBXH is effective from August 14, 2017.
