Joint Circular 01/2018/TTLT-VKSTC-TATC-BCA-BQP-BTP-BTC-BNN&PTNT stipulating coordination in reporting and notification regarding the resolution of complaints and denunciations in judicial activities.

For reports submitted on a biannual basis, the deadline for report submission is specified as follows:

- Reports from agencies and units at the district and regional levels submitted to agencies and units at the provincial and regional military levels and the People's Procuracy at the same level: Submit by April 3 of the reporting period;- Reports from agencies and units at the provincial, regional military levels and the Supreme People's Court (TANDTC), the High-Level People's Procuracies (VKSND) submitted to agencies and units at the central levels of each ministry and central authorities and the People's Procuracy at the same level: Submit by April 8 of the reporting period;- Reports from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of National Defense (BQP), the Military Security Protection Department, the Central Military Court, and the Military Execution Department submitted to the Ministry of National Defense and the Central Military People's Procuracy: Submit by April 12 of the reporting period.

For notifications from central-level agencies submitted to the Supreme People's Procuracy (VKSNDTC), the submission deadline is May 8 of the notification period.
