Content of Occupational Safety and Health Examination Applicable from February 11, 2019

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has just issued Circular No. 31/2018/TT-BLDTBXH detailing the activities of occupational safety and hygiene training.

Content of the examination on professional and operational training in safety and labor hygiene includes 2 parts as follows:

- Theoretical part: Learners take a centralized test within 90 minutes;- Skills part: Learners choose 01 topic, prepare the lecture according to the prescribed framework program, and present before the examination council within no more than 20 minutes/learner.

The trainers in safety and labor hygiene who have completed the training course for safety and labor hygiene staff and passed the examination and assessment are only required to participate in the skills examination.

There is no examination organized for the periodic knowledge update training courses for trainers as stipulated in Clause 7, Article 1 of Decree 140/2018/ND-CP.
