Plan for Implementation of the Scheme for training and refresher training of preschool teachers in Vietnam in 2025

Purpose of the Plan: To effectively implement the activities of Scheme 33 in 2025 for the units assigned tasks as stipulated in Scheme 33 and Decision 1350, ensuring progress, quality according to the objectives of Scheme 33 during 2018-2025, enhancing the capacity of teachers and management staff at preschool educational institutions; enhancing the capacity of lecturers and management staff at teacher training and fostering institutions, contributing to a fundamental and comprehensive renewal of education and training.

Requirements of the Plan: To consolidate, maintain, and enhance resources in order to strengthen and improve the quality of the targets achieved and exceeded. Strive to complete and surpass the targets not yet achieved during the 2018-2025 period as summarized by the Scheme.

Complete the tasks and targets of Scheme 33 during the 2018-2025 period that must be completed in 2025.

The implementation of Scheme 33 ensures planned, measurable, and assessable indicators of the Scheme.

Strengthen the inspection, assessment, and compilation of results for the implementation of Scheme 33 during 2018-2025 to report to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam in 2025 as per regulations and enhance communication efforts to garner consensus and support within the sector and society.

Ensure close coordination among ministries, agencies, management levels, and units during the implementation process to achieve the Scheme's objectives.

Funding for the Implementation of the Plan is guided as follows:

- Funding for the implementation of Scheme 33 follows the regulations specified in item 1, part III of Scheme 33.

- The formulation and implementation of the financial plan for the tasks of Scheme 33 in 2025 follow the regulations specified in item 2, part III of Scheme 33.
