04 Entities subject to regular reporting regime on industrial clusters in Vietnam from October 1, 2024

According to Article 3 of Circular 14/2024/TT-BCT, 04 Entities subject to regular reporting regime in Vietnam include:

- Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally affiliated city (hereinafter referred to as Departments of Industry and Trade): report on the situation of industrial clusters in the provincial area every 6 months and annually according to Form No. 04 Appendix I attached to Circular 14/2024/TT-BCT, submitted to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Local Industry Department) periodically before June 30 and December 31 each year.

- District-level People's Committee: report on the situation of industrial clusters in the district area every 6 months and annually according to Form No. 03 Appendix I attached to Circular 14/2024/TT-BCT, submitted to the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Industry and Trade periodically before June 25 and December 25 each year.

- Investors in the construction of industrial cluster technical infrastructure: report on the activities of the investment project in constructing industrial cluster technical infrastructure every 6 months and annually according to Form No. 02 Appendix I attached to Circular 14/2024/TT-BCT, submitted to the district-level statistical agency, simultaneously submitted to the District-level People's Committee and the Department of Industry and Trade periodically before June 20 and December 20 each year.

- Organizations and individuals investing in production and business in industrial clusters: report on the activities of the investment project in industrial clusters every 6 months and annually according to Form No. 01 Appendix I attached to Circular 14/2024/TT-BCT, submitted to the district-level statistical agency, simultaneously submitted to the District-level People's Committee periodically before June 20 and December 20 each year.

The time to finalize periodic report data for the above subjects is as follows:

- The time to finalize the 6-month (beginning of the year) report data is calculated from December 15 of the year preceding the reporting period to June 14 of the reporting period;

- The time to finalize the annual report data is calculated from December 15 of the year preceding the reporting period to December 14 of the reporting period.
