1. Application for provision of land-related information or data in Vietnam

- Application components:

The Application requesting the provision of land-related information or data is the request form (according to the Form numbers: 13/DK, 13a/DK, 13b/DK, 13c/DK, 13d/DK, 13dd/DK issued under Decree 101/2024/ND-CP) or send a written request to the agency providing land-related information or data or contract.

- Method of Application submission:

+ Submit directly or send via postal services; to the address of the Reception and Result Return Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (hereinafter referred to as the One-Stop Office) at No. 10 Ton That Thuyet Street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City or Land Information and Data Center, at No. 9 Alley 78, Giai Phong Street, Phuong Mai Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City.

+ Submit on the National Land Portal, National Public Service Portal, Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (at http://dichvucong.monre.gov.vn).

2. Procedures for Providing land-related information or data in Vietnam

Step 1: Submit the Application:

Organizations, individuals needing to access land-related information or data directly submit the request form according to Form number 13/DK issued under Decree 101/2024/ND-CP or send a written request to the agency providing land-related information or data or contract.

land-related information or data must be used for the correct purpose as stated in the request form or written request or contract and must not be used for other purposes.

Step 2: Receive, Process, and Notify Fees, Prices of Products, and Services for Providing Land Information:

The agency providing land information and data receives, processes, and notifies fees, prices of products, and services for providing land information to organizations, individuals (if any). In cases of refusal to provide information, data, the reasons must be clearly stated, and a response must be given to the requesting organization or individual within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the request.

Step 3: Pay Fees, Prices of Products, and Services for Providing Land Information:

Organizations, individuals must pay fees, prices of products, and services for providing land information as notified (if any).

Step 4: Provide land-related information or data as Requested:

The agency providing land-related information or data carries out the provision of land-related information or data as requested.

3. Time for Providing land-related information or data in Vietnam

The time for providing land-related information or data is stipulated as follows:

- For available information, data in the national land database, it must be provided on the same working day. Requests received after 3 PM will be handled the next working day;

- For information, data not available in the national land database, a maximum of 3 working days from the date of receipt of the valid request, the agency must provide the information, data or send a notification of the extension of the time to provide land-related information or data to the requesting organization, individual.

In cases the agency needs additional time to review, search, gather, compile, analyze or seek opinions from other relevant agencies, units, the extension is allowed but must not exceed 15 working days;

- In cases where the agency providing land-related information or data and the organization, individual have separate agreements on the exploitation and use of land-related information or data, the time for providing the information, data is determined according to the agreement.
