Below is the article regarding the reception and handling of information and evidence of violations of the High School Graduation Exam Regulations from 2025 in Vietnam, as stipulated in Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT.

On December 24, 2024, the Minister of Education and Training of Vietnam issued Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT on the Regulation of High School Graduation Examinations.
According to the provisions of Article 55 of the Regulations attached to Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT, the receipt and handling of information, evidence regarding violations of the high school graduation examination regulations in Vietnam is carried out as follows:
- Places for receiving information and evidence regarding violations of high school graduation examination regulations:
+ National Examination Steering Committee, Provincial Examination Steering Committee;
+ Leadership of the Examination Board, Head of Examination Centers;
+ Provincial Inspectorates, Educational Inspectorates at all levels.
- Evidence of violations of the high school graduation examination regulations, once verified, forms the basis for handling the violating individuals.
- Providing information and evidence regarding violations of high school graduation examination regulations:
+ Encourage candidates, members of examination boards, and all citizens to detect and report any acts of violations of the high school graduation examination regulations;
+ Individuals who discover acts of violations must promptly report to the places of receipt specified in Clause 1, Article 55 of the Regulations attached to Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT for appropriate measures to be taken;
+ Those possessing evidence of violations should immediately report to the places of receipt as defined in Clause 1, Article 55 of the Regulations attached to Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT for prompt handling in accordance with the law. The receipt and handling of complaints regarding violations are conducted following the law on accusations;
+ Providers of information and evidence about examination violations must bear legal responsibility for the reliability and accuracy of the information and evidence provided, and must not exploit this to negatively affect the examination.
- Organizations and individuals tasked with receiving information and evidence of misconduct, violations of the high school graduation examination regulations need to:
+ Organize the receipt of information and evidence as prescribed; preserve the evidence in its original state; authenticate the information and evidence after receipt and propose to the competent authorities on the measures to handle misconduct and violations;
+ Promptly implement measures to prevent misconduct and violations as regulated;
+ Handle according to authority or report to competent bodies and individuals to address and publicly announce the results of handling individuals and organizations involved in misconduct or violations;
+ Protect the confidentiality of information and the identity of individuals providing information and evidence related to misconduct and violations.

Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT repeals Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Regulation of High School Graduation Examinations, and its amending circulars: Circular 05/2021/TT-BGDDT, Circular 06/2023/TT-BGDDT, Circular 02/2024/TT-BGDDT issued by the Minister of Education and Training.
