07 contents of the internal assessment plan of an educational institution in Vietnam

This is a notable content of Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam on process and frequency of quality assessment of training programs of universities, colleges and junior colleges.

Each educational institution shall make an internal assessment plan which is approved by the Principal – President.

Specifically, according to Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, the internal assessment plan must specify:

- Purposes and extent of the internal assessment

- The composition of the Panel;

- The assignments of every member of the Panel;

- Internal assessment instruments;

- Information and evidence that need collecting.

- The estimate of the resources of facilities, finance and time for mobilizing resources during the internal assessment;

- The schedule: specifying the necessary time for implementation and the schedule of specific activities during the internal assessment.
