1. Criminal Code 2015
Criminal Code 2015 was issued by the National Assembly on November 27, 2015, and took effect from January 1, 2018, consisting of 3 parts, 26 chapters, and 426 articles.

The Criminal Code applies to all criminal acts committed on the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
For foreigners committing crimes on the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, who are entitled to diplomatic or consular immunity in accordance with Vietnamese law, international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a party, or international practice, their criminal responsibility shall be resolved pursuant to such international treaties or international practice. In case such international treaties do not have provisions, or no international practices are available, their criminal responsibility shall be resolved through diplomatic measures.
2. Labor Code 2012 (currently effective)
Labor Code 2012 was approved by the National Assembly on June 18, 2012, and took effect from May 1, 2013, consisting of 17 chapters and 242 articles.

The Labor Code stipulates labor standards; rights, obligations, and responsibilities of employees, employers, representative organizations of labor collectives, and employers' representative organizations in labor relations and other relationships directly related to labor relations; state management of labor.
Note, on November 20, 2019, the National Assembly approved Labor Code 2019, which will take effect from January 1, 2021.
3. Law on Marriage and Family 2014
Law on Marriage and Family 2014 was approved by the National Assembly on June 19, 2014, and took effect from January 1, 2015, consisting of 9 chapters and 133 articles.

This Law stipulates marriage and family policies; legal norms for the behavior among family members; responsibilities of individuals, organizations, the State, and society in building and strengthening marriage and family policies.
4. Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement 2008
Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement 2008 was approved by the National Assembly on November 14, 2008, and took effect from July 1, 2009, consisting of 9 chapters and 183 articles.
