Step 1: Access the National Public Service Portal
Visit the official website dichvucong.gov.vn and go to the section "Look up Traffic Violation/Fine Payment".

Step 2: Choose Lookup by Decision Code or Violation Record
For Lookup by Decision Code:

- Decision Number: Enter the exact number of the decision on the imposition of administrative penalty for violations in the road traffic sector.
- Enter the security code and select “Lookup”.
For Lookup by Violation Record:

- Record Number: This is the traffic violation record number made by the Traffic Police.
- Full name of the violator: The name of the person in the traffic violation record.
- Select province/city: The place where the traffic violation occurred.
- Issuing unit of the traffic violation penalty record.
- Violation date: The date the traffic violation occurred, recorded on the traffic violation record.
- Enter the security code and select “Lookup”.
Step 3: Choose a Bank
Select a bank to pay the fine and follow the instructions to pay the stipulated amount on the record.
Step 4: Successfully pay and receive documents
Citizens can choose one of the following methods to retrieve their documents:
- Directly receive documents at the Traffic Police unit that issued the record;
- Receive documents at home through the postal service.
