In order to implement the Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP of the Vietnam Government on continuously implementing major tasks and solutions to improve business environment, improve national competitiveness in 2021, the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam issued the action plan on business environment and national competitiveness improvement in 2021 with the following main tasks:
- Promote the direction and administration of administrative reform;
- Formulate and organize the implementation of institutions under the state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam;
- Continue to promote the reform of administrative procedures in the fields of state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam in order to simplify administrative procedures;
- Improve the quality of the contingent of officials and public employees;
- Modernize administration and speed up the application of information technology to the operations of state administrative agencies.
