- On July 08 2021, Ngày 08/7/2021, the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam issued Circular No. 80/2021/TT-BQP stipulating the time limit for persons holding positions and powers in the military not to establish or hold managerial or executive positions in enterprises or cooperatives in the fields they were previously responsible for management after retirement; stipulating the list and period of periodic change of working positions in agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam.
