Water area boundaries of seaports under the jurisdiction of Quang Ninh Province

The water area of Quang Ninh Port in the territory of Quang Ninh Province is defined at the highest tidal level, specifically regulated as follows:

1. Water area of Quang Ninh Port in the Van Gia - Hai Ha area is defined as follows:

• From point VH1 with coordinates: 21o24'40.0"N, 108o01'10.0"E connected by straight lines in sequence to the points from VH2 to VH4 with the following coordinates:

- VH2: 21o22'20.0"N, 108o01'10.0"E;- VH3: 21o22'20.0"N, 108o00'13.3"E;- VH4: 21o23'51.0"N, 108o00'13.3"E.

• From point VH4 running along the northern shore of Vinh Thuc Island to point VH5 with coordinates: 21o21'55.2"N, 107o49'31.6"E, from point VH5 continuing to connect by straight lines in sequence to the points from VH6 to VH13 with the following coordinates:

- VH6: 21o20'27.4"N, 107o50'34.0"E;- VH7: 21o14'10.5"N, 107o56'46.0"E;- VH8: 21o11'31.4"N, 108o00'30.8"E;- VH9: 21o10'02.9"N, 107o51'58.7"E;- VH10: 21o08'24.5"N, 107o47'54.6"E;- VH11: 21o17'48.0"N, 107o47'34.0"E;- VH12: 21o18'59.6"N, 107o48'42.5"E;- VH13: 21o21'13.4"N, 107o49'16.8"E.

• From point VH13 running along the northern shore of Cai Chien Island to point VH14 with coordinates: 21o18'53.0"N, 107o43'27.0"E, from point VH14 continuing to connect by straight lines in sequence to the points from VH15 to VH16 with the following coordinates:

- VH15: 21o20'50.4"N, 107o43'23.0"E;- VH16: 21o21'47.6"N, 107o44'36.5"E.

• From point VH16 running along the southern shore of Mieu Island to point VH17 with coordinates: 21o22'23.3"N, 107o45'17.5"E, from point VH17 continuing to connect by straight lines in sequence to the points from VH18 to VH21 with the following coordinates:

- VH18: 21o23'03.8"N, 107o45'51.4"E;- VH19: 21o24'45.7"N, 107o49'52.0"E;- VH20: 21o23'09.6"N, 107o50'41.2"E;- VH21: 21o24'03.6"N, 107o54'41.2"E.

• From point VH21 connected by straight line to point VH1.

2. Water area of Quang Ninh Port in the Mui Chua area is defined as follows:

• From point MC1 with coordinates: 21o17'11.3"N, 107o27'05.0"E connected by straight lines in sequence to the points from MC2 to MC4 with the following coordinates:

- MC2: 21o17'12.6"N, 107o27'08.6"E;- MC3: 21o17'04.9"N, 107o27'18.6"E;- MC4: 21o16'47.6"N, 107o27'04.2"E;- MC5: 21o16'58.5"N, 107o26'52.6"E.

• From point MC5 running along the Tien Yen River shore and the edge of Mui Chua Port to point MC1.

3. Water area of Quang Ninh Port in the Co To area is defined as follows:

• From point CT1 with coordinates: 20o58'14.3"N, 107o45'40.8"E running along the western shore of Co To Island to point CT2 with coordinates: 20o57'59.8"N, 107o45'34.7"E, from point CT2 continuing to connect by straight lines in sequence to the points from CT3 to CT4 with the following coordinates:

- CT3: 20o58'06.6"N, 107o45'11.2"E;- CT4: 20o58'21.6"N, 107o45'17.2"E.

• From point CT4 connecting by straight line to point CT1.
