The inspection process of the Politburo and the Secretariat will have to go through 3 specific steps as follows:
*Step 1. Preparation
- Establishing an inspection team and developing an inspection plan:
+ The Central Inspection Committee is based on the annual inspection program and plan; Directed by the Politburo, the Secretariat presides and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to advise on the development and promulgation of decisions and inspection plans of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the outline reporting the self-inspection results of the inspection subjects (when reporting to the Politburo and the Secretariat about the inspection plan, include the report outline).
