Support of VND 35 Million for Registering Trademark of Rural Industrial Products

This is one of the State support expenditures regulated in Circular 28/2018/TT-BTC guiding the establishment, management, and use of industrial promotion funds.

According to Circular 28, our State has implemented various support policies to promote industrial encouragement, specifically:

- Expenditure to support the establishment of rural industrial production enterprises in areas with difficult and especially difficult socio-economic conditions. The support level is no more than 10 million VND/enterprise.- Expenditure to support the construction of pilot models for applying cleaner production in industry for industrial production facilities. The maximum support level is 30% of the cost but not exceeding 500 million VND/model.- Expenditure to support the application of advanced machinery and equipment. The maximum support level is 50% of the cost but not exceeding 300 million VND/facility.- Expenditure to support 100% of airfare costs for rural industrial facilities to participate in study surveys and experience learning abroad.- Expenditure to support the construction and registration of trademarks for rural industrial products. The maximum support level is not more than 35 million VND/trademark.- Expenditure to support the hiring of consultants and assistants for rural industrial facilities. The maximum support level is 50% of the cost, but not exceeding 35 million VND/facility.
