Standards for Equipment and Tools of the Meteorological and Hydrological Station Network

According to Circular 36/2016/TT-BTNMT, the levels of equipment, tools, and materials for the hydrometeorological station network are stipulated as follows:

- The levels of equipment, tools, and materials include: usage levels of equipment, usage levels of tools, and usage levels of materials for one hydrometeorological monitoring station and environmental analysis laboratory to serve hydrometeorological monitoring. Units of measurement: equipment/year, tools/year, materials/year.- The usage levels of metal tools and equipment susceptible to oxidation, or electronic and semiconductor devices belonging to the hydrometeorological station network located in high mountainous areas, coastal areas, and islands are determined to be double the usage levels, maintenance, and repair standards of the equipment and tools stated in the standard.- For a station with multiple different departments, one or multiple types of similar equipment, tools, materials, and working functions, only count the equipment, tools, and materials of the station under one department.- Equipment, tools, and materials of hydrometeorological stations in this technical-economic standard do not include replacement equipment, tools, and materials that are suddenly damaged.- Specifically, small and auxiliary tools are calculated at 10% of the usage level of the main tools. A tool is classified as small and auxiliary if its value is less than five million VND and its usage period is less than one year.- The usage period of equipment and tools: Unit is month.
