Regularly organizing professional training and workshops on psychological counseling work for students for concurrently assigned staff and teachers, specialized psychological counseling contractors, Youth Union, Team officials, homeroom teachers, and other members performing psychological counseling tasks in schools.

5. Organizing preliminary and final reviews and reporting to higher management authorities directly on a periodic annual basis or irregularly on the implementation of this Circular in schools within their management scope.

Circular 31/2017/TT-BGDDT shall take effect from February 2, 2018.
