Promulgating the list of certificates of floating production storage and offloading unit, and mobile offshore drilling unit in Vietnam

Circular No. 41/2016/TT-BGTVT was issued by the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam on the list of certificates and documents for ship, public service ship, submarine, submersible, floating production storage and offloading unit, and mobile offshore drilling unit in Vietnam.

The list of certificates of floating production storage and offloading unit, and mobile offshore drilling unit in Vietnam issued together with Circular No. 41/2016/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam is as follows:

2	Classification Certificate	- QCVN 48:2012/BGTVT - QCVN 70:2014/BGTVT
3	International Tonnage Certificate	Article 7 of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 (TONNAGE 69 Convention)
4	International load line certificate	Article 16 of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, (LL 66 Convention)
5	International Load Line Exemption Certificate	Regulation 16 of the LL 66 Convention
6	International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate	Regulation 7, Appendix I of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL 73/78 Convention)
7	Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit Safety Certificate	Article 1.6 of the Code for the Construction and Equipment of Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU Code)	This Certificate shall also be issued to floating production storage and offloading units
8	International Sewage Pollution Prevention Certificate	Regulation 5, Appendix IV of the MARPOL 73/78 Convention
