At the end of 2016, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam issued the Circular No. 41/2016/TT-BGTVT on the list of certificates and documents for ship, public service ship, submarine, submersible, floating production storage and offloading unit, and mobile offshore drilling unit in Vietnam.

The list of documents for ship, public service ship, submarine, submersible in Vietnam issued together with Circular No. 41/2016/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam is as follows:
