Procedure for Registration of Identification Code for Commercial Pangasius Fish Farming Ponds

1. Entities Required to Register: The owner of the farming facility must register the identification code for the farming pond for the first time or re-register when there is a change in the owner or a change in the pond area.

2. Registration Documents:

- Initial registration documents include:- Application form for the issuance of the farming pond identification code (Form No. 01, Appendix II issued together with Decree 55/2017/ND-CP);- Copy of the layout diagram of the farming pond location;- Re-registration documents include:- Application form for reissuance of the farming pond identification code (Form No. 02, Appendix II issued with Decree 55),- Original Certificate of the identification code for commercial Tra fish farming pond requesting reissuance and a copy of the layout diagram of the farming pond location.

3. Registration Procedure:

- The owner of the farming facility submits 01 set of documents to the provincial aquaculture management agency;- Within 01 working day from the date of receipt of the documents, the provincial aquaculture management agency will guide the owner to supplement any missing or unsatisfactory contents;- Within 02 working days from the date of receipt of valid documents, the provincial aquaculture management agency issues the Certificate of the identification code for commercial Tra fish farming pond; retains one set of documents and sends one set to the owner.- In case the identification code for the farming pond is not issued, the provincial aquaculture management agency will respond to the owner in writing, stating the reasons.
