In which cases do State Enterprises disclose extraordinary information?

To be specific, state-owned enterprises must report to the state ownership representative agency and publicly disclose unusual information when one of the events specified in Clause 1 Article 109 of the Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2014, occurs, such as:

- The company's bank account is blocked or permitted to resume operations after being blocked;

- Temporarily suspend part or all business activities; have the Enterprise Registration Certificate, the establishment license, or the establishment and operation license, or the operation license, or other business-related licenses revoked;

- Amend or supplement the content of the Enterprise Registration Certificate, establishment and operation license, operation license, or any other license, certificate related to the business activities of the enterprise;

- ...

Decree 81/2015/ND-CP stipulates that when one of the cases specified in Clause 1 Article 109 of the Enterprise Law occurs, the enterprise must disclose it on the portal or website of the enterprise, in publications (if any), and publicly post it at the headquarters and business locations of the enterprise. The deadline to report unusual information to the ownership representative agency and the Ministry of Planning and Investment is no later than 24 hours, and the deadline to publicly disclose unusual information is no later than 36 hours from the time the event occurs.

Subsequently, the state ownership representative agency will disclose unusual information of the enterprise on the portal or website of the agency immediately after receiving the enterprise's report.

Additionally, the Ministry of Planning and Investment will disclose unusual information of the enterprise on the Ministry's business information portal (http://www.business.gov.vn) immediately after receiving the enterprise's report.
