Full Text of the Contents for Implementing the Scheme of Encyclopedic Compilation

Circular 94/2018/TT-BTC has been promulgated by the Ministry of Finance, regulating the financial mechanism for implementing the Scheme for compiling the Encyclopedia of Vietnam.

According to the new regulations, disbursements for the implementation of the Encyclopedia Compiling Scheme include the following 10 items:

- Expenses for organizing scientific workshops; organizing regular or ad-hoc meetings of the Steering Committee and the Scheme Management Board; inspecting, evaluating, and accepting entries and scientific tasks of the Scheme; general management expenses for tasks of the Scheme.- Remuneration for the Scheme Management Board, Specialized Editorial Boards, Leaders, and support departments of the financial management unit of the Scheme.- Expenses for information and propaganda on matters related to the Scheme.- Travel expenses and organization of preliminary and summary conferences of the Scheme.- Salary payments as per the State's salary scale; wages; contributions as per salary requirements for staff working at the financial management unit of the Scheme.- Payments for public utility services.- Expenses for incoming and outgoing delegations.- Expenses for procurement of equipment, application of information technology, and repair of assets to support the activities of the financial management unit of the Scheme.- Expenses for printing and publishing the Vietnam Encyclopedia.- Other expenses directly serving the regular activities of the Scheme.
