From October 24, 2019, the Director and Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training will be reappointed

To effectively implement the provisions on standards for the positions of Director and Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training as stipulated in Circular 13/2019/TT-BGDDT, the following issues need to be noted:

- Officials and public employees when being considered for the planning of the positions of Director and Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training must ensure they meet the standards according to the planning guidelines of the Communist Party, the State, and the standards specified in the clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 of Article 3 of this Circular.- Based on the position standards stipulated in this document, the competent authority shall carry out the planning, training and fostering, and consider the appointment, reappointment, and dismissal of the positions of Director, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training.- For female cases aged 50 and above and male cases aged 55 and above who have been appointed to the positions of Director, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training before the effective date of this Circular, they are not required to fully meet the standards stipulated in this Circular.- Cases under the age of 50 for females and under the age of 55 for males who have been appointed to the positions of Director, Deputy Director of the Department of Education before the effective date of this Circular but do not fully meet the standards must ensure to fully meet the standards stipulated in this Circular during the appointed tenure.
