Circular 41/2018/TT-BYT was issued by the Ministry of Health on December 14, 2018, specifying the frequency of external quality control of clean water.

Circular 41 stipulates the frequency of external inspection of clean water quality as follows:

- Each water supply unit must undergo periodic external inspection once per year.
