Forms of sports establishments according to Vietnam’s current regulations

The Law on physical training and sports 2006 of Vietnam provides for physical training and sports activities; rights and obligations of organizations and individuals involved in physical training and sports activities. How are regulations on forms of sports establishments?

According to Article 54 of the Law on physical training and sports 2006 and Clause 23 Article 1 of the Law on amendments to the Law on Physical Training and Sports 2018 of Vietnam, forms of sports establishments include:

1. Sports athlete training centers;

2. Sports centers;

3. Sports service centers;

4. Professional sports clubs;

5. Sports-oriented schools.

Forms of sports establishments: sports public sector entities, sports enterprises, household businesses and other organizations engaging in sports business.
