Expenditure Rates Ensuring the Operations of Civil Judgment Enforcement Agencies

Circular 200/2016/TT-BTC provides guidance on certain specific expenditure levels in the enforcement of civil judgments as follows:

- Expenditure for allowances to individuals participating in the process of verification, notification of judgment enforcement; applying measures to ensure judgment enforcement; executing decisions on applying emergency temporary measures of the Court, Commercial Arbitration:

- Enforcement officers, other officials involved in judgment enforcement, prosecutors, police officers: 70,000 VND/person/day;- Representatives of local authorities and other individuals: 100,000 VND/person/day;

- Expenditure for allowances for members attending meetings of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Steering Committee, asset valuation meetings:

- Chairman: 150,000 VND/person/day;- Members: 100,000 VND/person/day;

- Expenditure for judgment enforcement officers directly participating in the consideration of exemption, reduction of judgment enforcement; expenditure for members participating in the handover of assets as per the court's ruling, handing over assets after organizing auction sales when the judgment debtor voluntarily hands over the assets: 100,000 VND/person/day;- Expenditure for activities of destroying evidence and assets:

- Expenditure for hiring experts, destruction organizations: Based on the contract signed between the civil judgment enforcement agency and the experts, destruction agency;- Expenditure for allowances to individuals participating in the destruction of evidence, assets: Chairman 150,000 VND/person/day, members 100,000 VND/person/day;
