Department of Internal Affairs performs the state management function in which field?

Decree 37/2014/ND-CP stipulates that the Department of Internal Affairs is responsible for advising and assisting the district-level People's Committee in performing state management functions regarding: organizational structure; job positions; staffing and staff structure in state administrative agencies and organizations; job positions, public employee structure by professional title, and the number of persons working in public service providers; salaries for officials and public employees, contract workers in administrative agencies, public service providers; administrative reform; local governments; administrative boundaries; officials and public employees; commune-level officials and non-specialized workers at the commune level; associations and non-governmental organizations; state archives and documentation; religion; youth affairs; emulation - commendation.

In addition, the Decree also stipulates the responsibilities of the Department of Justice and the Department of Finance - Planning as follows:

Department of Justice: Advises and assists the district-level People's Committee in performing state management functions regarding: drafting and implementing laws, monitoring law enforcement, checking and handling legal normative documents, controlling administrative procedures, disseminating and educating law; grassroots mediation, legal aid, child adoption, civil status, authentication, state compensation and other judicial works as prescribed by law; managing law enforcement on administrative violations.

Department of Finance - Planning: Advises and assists the district-level People's Committee in performing state management functions regarding; finance; planning and investment; business registration; general and unified management of enterprise, cooperative, and private economic issues.

Department of Natural Resources and Environment: Advises and assists the district-level People's Committee in performing state management functions regarding: land; water resources; mineral resources; environment; seas and islands (for districts with seas and islands).
