Decree on Labor Norms of the Hydro-Meteorological Station Network

On December 08, 2016, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular 36/2016/TT-BTNMT stipulating the technical-economic norms for the operations of the meteorological and hydrological station network.
