Circular 17/2018/TT-BGDDT was issued on August 22, 2018. The regulations on educational quality accreditation and national standard recognition for primary schools issued together with this Circular specifically stipulate the evaluation standards for primary schools at level 4.
To be specific, according to Article 22 of the Regulations on Quality Accreditation and Recognition of National Standards for Primary Schools issued under Circular 17/2018/TT-BGDDT, a primary school meets Level 4 when ensuring the regulations in Section 3, Chapter II of the Regulations and the following provisions:
First, the school's educational plan includes contents that reference advanced education programs from countries in the region and the world, which are conformable, appropriate, effective, and contribute to improving the quality of education.
Second, ensure 100% of students with difficult circumstances and gifted students achieve educational goals for each individual with the participation of the school, relevant organizations, and individuals.
Third, the library has a modern information technology infrastructure system, with Internet connectivity meeting the requirements of the school's activities; it has a rich source of traditional and digital documents meeting the requirements of the school's activities.
Fourth, for 05 consecutive years up to the evaluation time, the school completes all goals according to the school's development direction and strategy.
Fifth, for 05 consecutive years up to the evaluation time, the school has at least 02 years with educational results and other activities of the school outperforming those of schools with similar socio-economic conditions, recognized by authorities and the community.
