Criteria, conditions, and contents of the Program for the Development of the Science and Technology Market in Vietnam​ (illustrative image)

Circular 32/2014/TT-BKHCN stipulates in detail the criteria, selection conditions, and support content of the communication project for the development of the science and technology market in Vietnam as follows:

1. Selection Criteria and Conditions

- Organizations with the function and task of implementing communication activities to develop the science and technology market;

- Having a team of personnel and collaborators with professional expertise to carry out communication activities for the development of the science and technology market;

- Clearly identifying the needs, having specific goals, and clear activity strategies;

- Determining methods, estimating the effectiveness of communication activities; and having innovative communication methods.

2. Support Content

- Developing scripts, collecting information, and implementing specialized content of the communication program (including radio, television programs, documentaries, games, forums) on innovation, linking investment in research and technology application, promoting technology transfer, commercializing scientific research results and technology development, intellectual property;

- Honoring and rewarding organizations and individuals who excel in innovation, technology transfer promotion, the commercialization of scientific research results and technology development, intellectual property;

- Communicating the implementation of tasks under the Program and other activities to increase the ripple effect of the Program.
