Content of Information on the Electronic Portal of Educational Institutions

This is a notable content in Circular 53/2012/TT-BGDDT regulating the organization of activities, use of email and electronic information portals at the Department of Education and Training, Room of Education and Training, and preschools, general education institutions, and continuing education institutions, issued on December 20, 2012.

To be specific, in Article 14 of Circular 53/2012/TT-BGDDT, the content of information on the electronic portal at the Departments of Education and Training (So GDDT), District Offices of Education and Training (Phong GDDT), and preschools, primary and secondary schools, and continuing education institutions includes:

1. Information introducing the organization, functions, and tasks of the educational management agencies and educational institutions and of each affiliated unit, including:

- Organizational structure diagram;- Functions and tasks of the unit leaders and each affiliated unit;- Summary of the formation and development process;- Contact directory: Full name, position, phone number, official email address of the staff, teachers, employees in the unit.

2. Related regulatory documents regarding the activities of the educational management agencies and educational institutions.

3. Information on administrative procedures and public service procedures such as:

- Announcing the list of online public services being provided;- Procedures, processes, documents, reception points, names, and contact information of the persons directly handling the documents, resolution time frame, fees and charges (if any);- Exam and admission procedures for entering primary classes at levels 3 and 4: Posting application forms, registering and filling forms online, list of admitted students and online result notifications;- Templates of administrative documents pre-filled with the corresponding unit names.

4. Information about activities, propaganda, dissemination, guidance on the implementation of laws, policies.

5. Statistical yearbooks for at least the last 5 years or since the establishment date for newly established educational management agencies and educational institutions with statistical data on the scale of:

- Schools;- Classes;- Students;- Facilities.

At a minimum, full information must be provided according to the education statistical forms issued by the Ministry of Education and Training for the units.
