Principles for management and operation of the State Audit Office's eCabinet application for paperless meeting in Vietnam

According to the Regulations, the eCabinet application for paperless meeting in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the software): is software developed by the State Audit Office of Vietnam to support the issuance of work schedules, support the organization of centralized meetings, and remote meetings as required by the State Audit Office of Vietnam and its affiliated units. The software comprises two versions: a browser-based version for computers and a mobile application version named E-Cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the E-cabinet application).

Principles of Management and Operation of the eCabinet application for paperless meeting in Vietnam

Specifically, the principles of management and operation of the eCabinet application for paperless meeting in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

- The activities of installation, management, and operation of the software must comply with the provisions of the Law on Information Technology, Law on Network Information Security, Law on Protection of State Secrets, the regulations of the State Audit Office of Vietnam, and relevant documents.

- The software is centrally and uniformly managed at the Data Center of the State Audit Office of Vietnam, operated through the Internet network system, ensuring continuous, stable, safe, and secure operation.

- The software is managed and operated ensuring the principle of emphasizing the official responsibility of the State Audit Office of Vietnam and the units, organizations, and individuals related to the activities of the State Audit Office of Vietnam, contributing to enhancing the operational efficiency of the Software.

- Ensure an adequate, stable information infrastructure system, related equipment, and environment serving the installation, management, operation, exploitation, and use of the software.
