According to Circular 94, the payment for responsibilities concerning the Scheme Steering Committee, Specialized Compilation Committee, Leaders, and supporting units managing the budget of the Scheme is regulated as follows:

Scheme Steering Committee:

- Scheme Head: 5,000,000 VND/month;- Permanent Deputy Scheme Head: 4,500,000 VND/month.

Specialized Compilation Committee:

- Head: 5,000,000 VND/month;- Deputy Head: 4,500,000 VND/month;- Scientific Secretary: 3,000,000 VND/month;- Administrative Secretary: 2,000,000 VND/month.

Leaders of units managing the budget of the Scheme:

- Director: 3,000,000 VND/month;- Deputy Director: 2,000,000 VND/month.

Supporting units managing the budget of the Scheme:

- Dedicated Financial - Accounting Department: 800,000 VND/month/task;- Supporting staff: 800,000 VND/month/task.
