Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT prescribes in detail the reporting on the implementation of the scientific and technological plan of units under the Ministry under the state management of the Ministry of Education and Training. To be specific: as follows:

Report content requirements: The status and results of implementing national and ministerial-level scientific and technological tasks in the year prior to the reporting year and the reporting year; the status and results of implementing grassroots-level scientific and technological tasks in the year prior to the reporting year and the reporting year; outstanding scientific and technological activities in the year prior to the reporting year and the first six months of the reporting year; status of projects funded by development investment capital up to June of the reporting year; status of maintenance projects up to June of the reporting year; proposals and recommendations (if any).

Implementing entities, report-receiving agencies, and reporting procedure: Units under the Ministry of Education and Training report to the Ministry of Education and Training.

Reporting period: Annually.

Report sending and receiving method: Implement as prescribed in Article 6 of this Circular.

Reporting data cutoff time: From December 15 of the year before the reporting period to December 14 of the reporting year.

Deadline for report submission: Implement as following regulations:

- Annual periodic reports: Implement once a year, the deadline for report submission is no later than December 20 each year.- The deadline for agencies and organizations to send reports is 3 working days after the reporting data cutoff date.- The time for each level to consolidate reports is 3 working days.
