According to the regulations in Circular 09/2015/TT-BTP, the Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department is responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Execute authority over the management of officials and employees decentralized in Article 5 of Circular 09 in accordance with the procedures stipulated by law and by the Ministry of Justice; be accountable to the Minister of Justice, the General Director of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, and the law for the execution of the decentralized authority.- Assist the General Director of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement in coordinating with competent local authorities in planning, training, fostering, rotating, arranging, moving, appointing, rewarding, disciplining, and other policies related to the officials of local civil judgment enforcement agencies under management.- Prepare dossiers, complete procedures, and propose opinions for the General Director of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement to consider and decide, or to submit to the Minister of Justice for consideration and decision regarding the management of officials and employees under the jurisdiction of the Minister and the General Director of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.- Send the documents and decisions related to personnel work to the General Director of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement immediately after making decisions under the delegated authority for management, monitoring, and archiving of officials' records in accordance with regulations.- ...
