Authority to Evaluate Business Managers under the Ministry of National Defense

1. The Minister of National Defense evaluates:

- Chairman of the Board of Members, members of the Board of Members, Chairman of Groups (Corporations, Companies), General Director (Director), Deputy General Director (Deputy Director), Controllers at enterprises under the Ministry of National Defense;- Chairman of the Board of Members, members of the Board of Members, Chairman of Corporations (Companies), General Director (Director) at enterprises of units under the Ministry of National Defense.

2. The head of the parent organization under the Ministry of National Defense evaluates Deputy General Directors (Deputy Directors), Controllers at enterprises under the parent organization, except for positions specified in Clause 1, Article 5 of Circular 105/2018/TT-BQP.

3. The Board of Members, Chairman (Groups, Corporations, Companies) evaluates the remaining managerial positions within their enterprise and affiliated units, except for the positions specified above.
