The contents are detailed in Circular 158/2019/TT-BQP promulgating Standard QCVN 08:2019/BQP, the National Technical Regulation on the demolition of offensive grenades and explosive warheads, destruction, and demolition of offensive explosive devices.
To be specific, according to the regulations in Circular 158/2019/TT-BQP, within areas designated for the disposal of fragmentation grenades and explosive projectiles, lethal explosives, explosive fragmentation, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

- Freely moving within the disposal area or coming into contact with projectiles without being assigned a task;
- Bringing along the following items: Devices that can emit sparks or fire-creating devices; devices that can produce electricity (except for individuals who are assigned a task);
- Undertaking any actions that can emit sparks or electricity;
- Using stimulants;
- Detonating primer explosives without a safety signal from lookout positions and without the command of the officer in charge;
- Arbitrarily dismantling parts or component parts of the projectiles;
- Leaving the shelter without the command of the officer in charge;
- Direct contact with projectiles equipped with detonators that were fired (launched) or thrown but did not explode; projectiles that were ejected from the disposal pit after detonation within the disposal pit.
