On November 13, 2024, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam issued Decision No. 3645/QD-BTNMT regarding the List of open data under the management scope of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam.

List of open data under the management scope of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam

The following data is under the List of Open Data Managed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam:

(1) Land Sector

- National land use plans and planning.

- National land inventory results.

- National land statistics results.

- Results of investigation, assessment, protection, restoration, and improvement of land nationwide, across economic-social regions.

- Results of investigation, assessment, protection, restoration, and improvement of land based on specific themes.

- Area of degraded land.

- List of canceled land use rights, property ownership certificates attached to land.

- Results of resolving administrative procedures and providing online public services in the land sector (under the resolution authority of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment).

- List of administrative procedures in the land sector (under the resolution authority of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment).

(2) Water Resources Sector
