06 contents on publication of information on training programs of higher education in Vietnam

The Draft Circular specifies the contents on publication of information on training programs of higher education, including:

1. Information to support course or course decisions, including information about the course, admission requirements, exit standards, location and duration of the course, study registration and recognition mechanism, credit transfer mechanism, learning path, assessment, diploma, academic ethics, intellectual property, withdrawal or cancellation of admission and conditions for registration of practice, internship (if any);

2. Information to assist learners in accessing educational resources, planning assistance, participating in training and other educational activities. List of lecturers participating in teaching the course of the training program;

3. Information on the obligations and responsibilities of learners implementing the training program, financial obligations towards the training institution, reservation policies, disciplinary regulations, study suspension or expulsion;

4. Information to assist in resolving complaints about training program-related issues;

5. Information on changes in training activities of the training institution, including information on tuition fee increase, refund of training costs (if any) and associated costs and other factors affecting the training program;

6. In addition to the public content as prescribed above, the training institution must publicize the program content and detailed course outline in the training institution's annual yearbook and publicize all other issues related to training activities and ensure training quality in accordance with current regulations.
