04 Principles for Determining Service Prices at Seaports

Circular 54/2018/TT-BGTVT has been issued by the Ministry of Transport regarding the pricing framework for pilotage services, the use of bridges, berths, mooring buoys, container handling services, and towing services at Vietnamese seaports. This document replaces Decision 3863/QD-BGTVT.

- The price framework for services at seaports is determined by the general pricing method for goods and services.- Enterprises providing services at seaports decide on specific prices within the price framework issued under the provisions of Circular 54.- The price levels of the price framework stipulated in Circular 54 do not include value-added tax.- Enterprises providing services at seaports, when calculating service prices, must use invoices according to regulations.
