03 Standards on Competency for the Position of Rank I System Administrator

Additionally, Circular 45 also stipulates training and educational standards for this title as follows:

- Possess a master's degree or higher in IT-related fields;- Have a foreign language proficiency level 4 (B2) according to Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDDT;- Hold a certificate of training in the standards for the title of System Administrator Rank I.
